No other cuisine has influenced us as much as the French. The cuisine of the French royal court once shaped the palace kitchens of the entire European aristocracy. Even the classic western order of courses was inspired by it: Soup, main course and dessert are still considered the perfect menu today. The famous French butter sauce of the same name was the inspiration behind our Café de Paris dinner cruise. Star chef Heino Huber and his team invite you for a French-style 3-course menu for connoisseurs with an additional dessert and cheese buffet. The trip is accompanied by atmospheric live music.
